In a family the girls today are more talented then the boys . They are trying to do all the possible duties like Doctor , Engineer, leaders of different parties. So the Girls should be given the opportunities. Parents must take care of their education And not be married to any people till the age of 23. After 23 the girls are ready to take decision about their marriage.

आजकल बालिकाएँ बालकों से अधिक मेहनती और kind heartedहोती हैं. बालिकाएँ सभी कार्य कर सकती हैं जो बालक कर सकते हैं. हमें बालक/बालिका का barriersसमाप्त करने की दिशा में कार्य करने चाहिए. हमें बालिकाओं को आगे बढने के अवसर प्रदान करना चाहिए.

ReplyDeleteभारत जहाँ एक ओर आर्थिक-राजनीतिक प्रगति की ओर अग्रसर है वहीं देश में आज भी लैंगिक असमानता की स्थिति गंभीर बनी हुई है। वैश्विक लैंगिक अंतराल सूचकांक ने वैश्विक स्तर पर भी लैंगिक असमानता को समाप्त करने में सैकड़ों वर्ष लगने की संभावना व्यक्त की है। इन्ही परिस्थितियों के परिप्रेक्ष्य में अमेरिका की राजनीतिज्ञ हेलिरी क्लिंटन ने कहा कि- “महिलाएँ संसार में सबसे अप्रयुक्त भंडार हैं”।
किसी समाज की प्रगति का मानक केवल वहाँ का परिमाणात्मक विकास नहीं होना चाहिये। समाज के विकास में प्रतिभाग कर रहे सभी व्यक्तियों के मध्य उस विकास का समावेशन भी होना ज़रूरी है। इसी परिदृश्य में नवीन विकासवादियों ने विकास की नवीन परिभाषा में वित्तीय, सामाजिक और राजनीतिक समावेशन को आत्मसात किया है।
लैंगिक असमानता की ऐतिहासिक पृष्ठभूमि:
भारतीय समाज में महिलाओं की स्थिति प्राचीन या वैदिक काल में सुदृढ़ थी उस समय महिलाओं को सभा और समिति जैसी सामाजिक संस्थाओं में समान प्रतिनिधित्व मिलता था। इसके अतिरिक्त अपाला और लोपामुद्रा जैसी महिलाओं ने वेदों की रचना में भी योगदान दिया। लेकिन परवर्ती काल में महिलाओं की स्थिति लगातार कमज़ोर होती गई। प्राचीन काल के पश्चात् मध्य काल में महिलाओं की स्थिति लगातार खराब बनी रही। ऐसी परिस्थितियों में आधुनिक काल के कुछ बुद्धजीवियों द्वारा भारत के स्वतंत्रता संघर्ष के दौरान लैंगिक समानता हेतु किये गए प्रयास अत्यधिक प्रशंसनीय रहे तथा इन प्रयासों से महिला समानता की नवीन अवधारणा का उद्भव हुआ एवं स्वतंत्रता के पश्चात् निर्मित भारतीय संविधान में भी महिलाओं के सशक्तीकरण से संबंधित विभिन्न प्रावधान किये गए।
वैश्विक लैंगिक अंतराल सूचकांक:
नवीन विश्व में लैंगिक समानता की स्थिति का सबसे प्रखर और प्रगतिशील प्रकाशन विश्व आर्थिक मंच (World Economic Forum- WEF) द्वारा वैश्विक लैंगिक अंतराल सूचकांक के माध्यम से किया जाता है। इस सूचकांक में आधुनिक समानता के विभिन्न मुद्दों जैसे अवसर, शिक्षा की उपलब्धता, स्वास्थ्य की सुरक्षा के साथ ही आर्थिक और राजनीतिक भागीदारी जैसे मानकों का प्रयोग करते हुए 153 (वैश्विक लैंगिक अंतराल सूचकांक 2020 में 153 देशों को शामिल किया गया) देशों में महिलाओं की स्थितियों से संबंधित आँकड़ों का प्रकाशन किया गया।
वैश्विक लैंगिक अंतराल सूचकांक के बारे में:
वैश्विक लैंगिक अंतराल सूचकांक विश्व आर्थिक मंच द्वारा जारी की जाती है।
लैंगिक अंतराल/असमानता का तात्पर्य “लैंगिक आधार पर महिलाओं के साथ भेद-भाव से है। परंपरागत रूप से समाज में महिलाओं को कमज़ोर वर्ग के रूप में देखा जाता रहा है जिससे वे समाज में शोषण, अपमान और भेद-भाव से पीड़ित होती हैं।”
वैश्विक लैंगिक अंतराल सूचकांक निम्नलिखित चार क्षेत्रों में लैंगिक अंतराल का परीक्षण करता है:
आर्थिक भागीदारी और अवसर (Economic Participation and Opportunity)
शैक्षिक अवसर (Educational Attainment)
स्वास्थ्य एवं उत्तरजीविता (Health and Survival)
राजनीतिक सशक्तीकरण और भागीदारी (Political Empowerment)
यह सूचकांक 0 से 1 के मध्य विस्तारित है।
इसमें 0 का अर्थ पूर्ण लिंग असमानता तथा 1 का अर्थ पूर्ण लैंगिक समानता है।
पहली बार लैंगिक अंतराल सूचकांक वर्ष 2006 में जारी किया गया था।
आज के समय में लड़कियां लड़के से किसी भी क्षेत्र/कार्य में पीछे नहीं।वो बात अब अतीत का होकर रह गया है कि जो काम लड़के कर सकता हैं,उस काम को लड़कियां नहीं कर सकती। आज खेल के क्षेत्र मे, देश की रक्षा के क्षेत्र में,ट्रेन पायलट,एरोप्लेन पायलट,वैज्ञानिक,अभियंता,चिकित्सक,शिक्षक,नेत्री,अभिनेत्री इस प्रकार हम कह सकते कि आज जो भी क्षेत्र नज़र आता है सभी क्षेत्र में वे लड़कों से कदम से कदम मिलाकर चलने का हौशला और जज्बा रखती हैं।

विज्ञापन में gender को महत्व देना सामाजिक विकास का बाधक बनता है । दूसरे विज्ञापन में gender विभाजन को प्राथमिकता नहीं दिया गया है। बल्कि सबको समान मान्यता दिया गया है । इसमें सामाजिक आर्थिक तथा संस्कृति विचारों का उत्थान और विकास होगा ।
ReplyDeleteलड़का हो या लड़की सभी को अपनी रूचि के अनुसार पढ़ने की छूट मिलनी चाहिए। क्योंकि प्रत्येक बालक एवं बालिकाओं को स्वतंत्र जीवन जीने का अधिकार है। अभिभावक बच्चों पर किसी विषय विषय पर पढ़ने का दबाव नहीं बनाना चाहिए आगे चलकर बच्चे कभी खुश नहीं रह सकते हैं।

ReplyDeleteAmong all the practice of dowry is the worst of all. It has indirectly changed the mindset of people to dislike having a girl child. In south India hindu families started marriage within the family circle to stop money from going out. And many states like haryana prefer to kill the female foetus itself. It's a horrendous situation which can be changed by changing the social system of dowry and castism.

So the Girls should be given the opportunities. Parents must take care of their education And not be married to any people till the age of 23. It is thought that they are a burden in the family but in real world they are the real supporters of the family emotionally as well as physicaly. Girls are even married early just in a sense that it is their destiny but they should be well educated and free to purchase their dreams. Girls are proving themselves in every field whether it is science , commerce or arts and even in the battlefields. ReplyDeleteAll the points raised regarding gender bias issues in society are still practised. Literacy level hasn't much say in it. Teachers along with NGOs and government bodies can sensitise the community on the issue.

3) I also disagree with this statement of men being the caregivers because being an individual,oneself should learn to defend oneself and to provide for oneself. Equal opportunities should be provided to girls.While there is discrimination between a boy and a girl, there cannot be a happy and prosperous society. Girls must be legal heirs of parental property like boys. Dowry system cannot be abolished unless girls are economically self dependent. Hence , girls must have equal rights to parents'property and they must get good education. Menstruation is a biological process without which no child can be born.All the taboos/myths are due to ignorance and lack of education.Both man and woman are equal. There should not be any discrimination whatsoever

ReplyDeleteवर्षा के बीना खेेती नही होगी। लेकिन वर्षा से बीमारिया भी फ़ेलती है। वर्षा में मलेरिया,डेयरियां,हैजा बीमारी का भी प्रकोप होता है। वर्षा में बीमारियों से बचने के लिए जहा तहा का पानी नही पीना चाहिए। हमे जितना हो सके वर्षा का पानी को संग्रहित कर के रखना चाहिए बर्बाद नही करना चाहिए।
