Action Research : Activity 4 : Reflect
What basic qualities should an Action Research practitioner have? Are
you confident of having such attributes which the Action Research demands? If
yes, explain the attributes.
An Action Research Practitioner is a person who carries out the Research of a specific content in a very systematic manner in order to find a solution to the problem whenever the situation arises. Therefore, it is important for the Practitioner to be open-minded so that he/she can identify the problem in his/her teaching. He/she should be prepared to constructively criticize his/her own practice in order to make the required changes. The Practitioner must know how to plan, develop and reflect on the required actions taken. He/she must always listen to the suggestions or advices the colleagues have to give.
पालक शिक्षक संघ कि बैठक मासिक कि जाती है, इस बैठक में अभिभावकों से विद्यालय में हो रही शैक्षिक एवं गैर शैक्षिक गतिविधियों पर चर्चा-परिचरर्चा किया जाता है, इस बैठक के चर्चा-परिचरर्चा उपरांत हमें यह ज्ञात हो जाता है कि किस व्यक्ति या अभिभावक में कौन सा गुण है,और उनके गुणों का उपयोग छात्रों या बच्चों तक उनके माध्यम से कैसे पहुचाया जाय, सभी अभिभावकों के मन में एकही आशा रहती है कि मेरे बच्चे सर्वगुण सम्मान शिक्षा ग्रहण करें.इस समस्या के समाधान के लिए अभिभावकों में विद्यमान व्यक्ति गुणों को बच्चों तक पहुँचने का प्रयास किया जाता है.
An action practitioner is a person who understands the problem with his point of view to tackle problem and tries to find out the root of problem and its solution also
