Yes, I do believe that every child is unique and hence the need to understand every child, their environment, their culture, their physical, emotional and mental condition.Unless we understand a child, we cannot plan how to make them achieve their full potential.
In order to create a learning environment for children different activities and teaching learning materials should be designed, developed and made.The children should be encouraged to participate in every activity designed, developed and made for them.In my opinion children learn best by doing.
Pleasant surroundings and better learning are correalated for young learners. Out of their sweet homes ,they hesitate in new place (school /Anganbadi) and before new persons (Teachers ).Decorative ,specially natural scenario, give them relaxation. Toys and other childish materials attract them.They forget home sickness and engage in learning activities.
In order to create a better atmosphere for learning, teaching intercoopers tion with society community is the best resources for children in school productive way, teacher will get to everyone from previous ground.
Suppose I m teaching plant and its parts.i know that my students enjoy outdoor games and through this interest I can take them outside and let them play and also learn the different things about plants.. in this way we can design the learning process easily without putting any extra effort on them
