Take a moment and think about the difficulties you generally face in school and try to find out which difficulties can be find out which difficulties can be solved by the SMC members and parents around you. Now as Teacher try to reflect on how these people should be approached and asked to make the situation better. Share your ideas.
Generally in a school SMC plays a very vital role that is because SMC members are very close to the village people whose children study in our schools SMC members can help us teachers to make parents understand that they need to get involved in their child's education so that their future can be sustainable and development on the whole can take place for the there are issues which can be dealt with by means of regular parents teachers meeting but SMC can co-ordinate and help teachers in conducting parents teachers meeting on a regular basis because parents in villages work in different places they do not have officers they do manual labour very few parents are in jobs of any kind whether private or government so proper time regulation needs to be done so that they can attend the parents teachers meeting
ReplyDeleteIrregular attendance, 100% enrolment of children in school, participation of parants in PTMs are some challenging tasks which may be get with the help and cooperation of parants and SMCs.Members of SMCs arw from society.They can encourage parents about the value of education.Proper education is very essential for their children.
ReplyDeleteAll the difficulties can be solved if we , teachers, go to the parents and guardians. Unless we build good relationship with the parents and guardians, we cannot achieve the goals of Nipun Bharat.Many parents are illiterate, poor and addicted to bad habits such as drinking.Students coming from such families need special attention.These parents never attend Parents Teachers'meetings.
