What is going to be the most challenging moment or issue
while providing learning experiences related to all the developmental goals in
the classroom and why?

Transforming any policy may not be a difficult. You have a group of specialists of that area. But implementation of outcomes is a challenging task. Providing learning experiences related to all the developmental goals in the classroom will demand many suitable conditions. If involved teacher having positive thinking, then he will be succeed.
