Activity 3:Young learners are interested in stories, poems,rhymes, songs. They take these as a means of entertainment rather than teaching activities. Poems, rhymes songs, with appropriate gesture attract them more than any others teaching activities.Teaches can use this natural inclination of young learners, while learning language.
ReplyDeleteYoung learners like enjoy new stories poems rhymes and songs because they gives them a change to learn about new things in an attractive way. They find these things really fascinating.
ReplyDeleteLSRW says that better sequence of teaching language to young learners, is-Listening, Speaking, Reading and then Writing. So, simple -rhyming words, simple sentences,rhymes, stories (all in listening form) should be initial process for teaching language.
