What is the role of personal social qualities in our everyday life? Do they help in learning? Do teachers play a role in developing the personal-social qualities?
It influences childs self confidence,empathy, develop long lasting friendship,to understand and give importance and value about happenings around him. Personal and social quality helps in teaching. Yes, Teachers play the role to improve these in children by making environment in their classroom and in school.
एक शिक्षक का व्यक्तिगत सामाजिक गुणों का उसके छात्रों पर खासा प्रभाव पड़ता हैl एक शिक्षक के रूप में मेरा प्रयास होता है कि हमारे व्यवहार समाज में आदर्श माने जाए हमारी किसी भी गतिविधि पर समाज का कोई भी व्यक्ति प्रश्नचिन्ह खड़ा नहीं कर सकेl
A teacher is like a mirror to the students and society. His action effects the students and society more than the others. Hence I must say that a teacher plays most important role to develop the personal social qualities of the society as well as of the students.
सृष्टि का बहुत बड़ा महत्व है जिस प्रकार मिट्टी के बर्तनों को बनाने के लिए कुम्हार की आवश्यकता है लोहा के बर्तनों को बनाने में लोहार की आवश्यकता इसी प्रकार एक स्वस्थ समाज को निर्माण करने में सभी सभ्यजनों का सक्रिय भागीदारी परम आवश्यक है।। शिक्षक गणों की अतुलनीय भागीदारी रहता है, क्योंकि शिक्षक ही राष्ट्र का निर्माण करता है, शिक्षकों के द्वारा ही डॉक्टर इंजीनियर वकील नेता आदि सभी का जीवन व्यक्तित्व को निखारने में शिक्षक का सराहनीय योगदान रहता है।।

व्यक्तिगत गुणों का विकास आज बहुत ही महत्व रखता है इसके बिना हम खुद को पूर्ण रूप से विकसित करने में अक्षम है। पढ़ाई के साथ साथ हम सभी को बच्चों की व्यक्तिगत गुण एवं नैतिक गुणों का विकास के लिए उन्हें समय-समय पर स्वच्छता तथा एक दूसरे के परोपकार इन आदि गुणों का विकास करने के लिए प्रेरित करते हैं। ताकि हम दूसरों के दुख में खुद को दुखी महसूस करें और दूसरों के सुख में भी स्वयं खुश महसूस करने लगे। किसी के साथ असामान्य व्यवहार ना करें जिससे किसी को आंतरिक ठेस पहुंचे।।

Each and every thing is important and ascential and also responsible for the development of the human society.but our personal quality make us confident and polite to communicatie with others .It is welknown to us that we are social animal so we must behave socially.every moment every thing helps us in learning and teaching.for the development of our society teacher is the key part and booster.theachers help the students to make their personal-social qualities.in shortly teacher is the ascential part of development of the society and they play an important role for developing students'personal-social qualities.there for teacher is called society maker and nation builder.
समाज मे शिक्षक को आदर्श के रूप में देखा जाता है, शिक्षक के आचरण और कार्यो का समाज मे असर पड़ता है अतः प्रत्येक शिक्षक को अपनी मर्यादा के अनुरूप कार्य करना चाहिए।

Yes teacher play aviral role in the development of PSQ iN students.Students spent their larger time with their teachers .Love ,affection,inspiration,anger ,praise everything refines the personal and social qualities in students.
सामाजिक एवं व्यक्तिगत गुणों का विकास, यदि बच्चों में बेहतर ढंग से हो, तभी बच्चे सामाजिक उत्थान के लिए अपना सर्वश्रेष्ठ दे पाएंगे। विद्यालय की कक्षाओं में,इन गुणों के विकास के लिए, हम शिक्षकों की कार्यशैली, संबंधित कौशल विकास के साथ कारगर सिद्ध होगी।
मैं छात्रों के साथ डिजीसाथ एप्लिकेशन के माध्यम से संपर्क में हूं। इसके अलावा मैं कोरोनावायरस के समय में टेलीफोनिक शिक्षा के माध्यम से छात्रों के संपर्क में हूं | मैं अपने छात्रों को वॉयस मैसेज और ऑनलाइन वीडियो की मदद से समझाती हूं।
शिक्षक समाज का दर्पण होता है।बच्चें शिक्षक की नकल भी करते हैं। शिक्षक को चरित्रवान अनुशासित कर्तव्यनिष्ठ होना चाहिए।ताकि समाज उसकी बात की ओर आकर्षित हो। शिक्षक एक गरिमामय पद है जिसको धारण करते ही सारी जिम्मेवारी सवयं आ जाती है।
एक शिक्षक बच्चे के लिए एक रोल मोडल होते हैं। विद्यालय को दूसरा घर भी कहा गया है।बच्चे जब विद्यालय आते हैं तो वे शिक्षक को अपनी प्रेरणा स्रोत के रूप में पाते हैं, वे उनकी बातों को ध्यान से सुनते एवं समझते हैं,ऐसे में एक शिक्षक का अपना व्यक्तिगत एवं सामाजिक गुण बच्चों को एक जिम्मेदार नागरिक बनाने में मदद करती है ताकि वह एक बेहतर तरीके से देश के विकास में अपनी भूमिका निभा पाए। देश निर्माण में अपनी प्रेरणा से लोगों को प्रेरित करे।

PSQs are our personalities... what I am is how I behave.These qualities affect our behaviour with others including our students.An affectionate teacher can make a class a cool place where pupil enjoy learning.On the other hand a negativity charged teacher ia a torture to his or her students.
Personal Social qualities is essential for everybody. It nurture our behaviour towards society. Yes, teacher play a role in developing the personal social qualities. Teachers play a major role towards it.
Personal social qualities affects in various ways to the students. A teacher's attitude and his behavior with the students and their colleagues plays an important role for developing a better learning environment everywhere. So we should develop and maintain positive attitude always.
personal-social qualities such as care, concern, sensitivity, acceptance, empathy, cooperation really helps to build our self-confidence and self-control in our daily life. It helps us to learning the nature and different believes. Teachers play major role in developing personal social qualities because teachers play guardianship among student after their parents.
सामाजिक गुण का अर्थ समाज द्वारा स्थापित मूल्य जिसका अनुसरण करना समाज के सभी लोगों के लिए जरूरी होता है जैसे आपस में मिल जुल कर रहना बड़ों का सम्मान करना एक दूसरे का सहयोग करना इन गुणों के कारण ही बच्चे अच्छे नागरिक बनते हैं । शिक्षक खेलकूद, सामूहिक कार्य आदि के द्वारा बच्चों के अंदर इस गुणों का विकास करते हैं।
निर्माण में निर्माता का अहम योगदान होता है। शिक्षक भी एक निर्माता है। वह बच्चों में सद्गुणों का निर्माण करता है। जिसके कारण समाज को अच्छे एवं सुयोग्य नागरिक मिलते हैंऔर एक सुन्दर राष्ट्र का निर्माण होता है। इसलिए शिक्षक को राष्ट्र निर्माता भी कहा जाता है।

व्यक्तिगत सामाजिक गुण - सहयोग, देखभाल, चिंता, संवेदना, स्वीकृति, उत्साह, खुशी आदि हैं ये सामाजिक गुण अधिगम में सहायक है।एक शिक्षक के रूप में हम विद्यार्थियों के विश्व़ास,उनकी भावनाओं,उनकी विचार प्रक्रियाओं और व्यवहार में बदलाव की सुविधा प्रदान कर सकते हैं ताकि वे अपने शैक्षणिक कार्यों पर ध्यान केंद्रित कर सकें तथा अपने व्यक्तिगत, सामाजिक जीवन के हर पहलू में अपने स्तर पर सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन कर सकें।
We all know that there are four types of fitness activities and they are Endurance, Strength, Flexibility, Balance.All these types of fitness activities are very good source of upgrading fitness n wellness of a body. OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES---Swimming and Trekking like activities are outdoor activities which help in forming Endurance. INDOOR ACTIVITIES---Lifting Weights at home and Doing house hold chores help in creating Strength. INDIVIDUAL SPORTS---Skipping is the best individual sport activity which helps in forming Flexibility.It is also the best calorie burner exercise. TEAM GAMES---Kabbadi and Kho Kho like local team games are good source of upgrading Balance Fitness.Activities like Try to stand on one foot,Heel to Toe walk like fitness activities also are good for body n mind as well.

In this way the whole atmosphere of work is filled with cooperation and support.And this the productivity increases.

This is one of the most important skills that not only kids & children, but also adolescents need to develop. Good personal social qualities makes a person extrovert, because of getting sensitised to social differences the person also shows empathy, and has leadership qualities by virtue of self confidence. It definitely helps in learning because the child is not afraid , can grasp what is taught easily . A teacher is a facilitator and a role model for every student, so a teacher can shape the student with good socio personal skills.

Children believe their teacher as a role model. So ideal qualities what refers personal-social qualities keeps indelible mark in a child's mind . As a teacher I must keep tolerance, passion, solidarity, acceptance, softness, availability,etc. towards children for their creativity.

ReplyDeleteएक शिक्षक बच्चे के लिए एक रोल मोडल होते हैं। विद्यालय को दूसरा घर भी कहा गया है।बच्चे जब विद्यालय आते हैं तो वे शिक्षक को अपनी प्रेरणा स्रोत के रूप में पाते हैं, वे उनकी बातों को ध्यान से सुनते एवं समझते हैं,ऐसे में एक शिक्षक का अपना व्यक्तिगत एवं सामाजिक गुण बच्चों को एक जिम्मेदार नागरिक बनाने में मदद करती है ताकि वह एक बेहतर तरीके से देश के विकास में अपनी भूमिका निभा पाए। देश निर्माण में अपनी प्रेरणा से लोगों को प्रेरित करे।
