During COVID-19 Pandemic as per the guidelines of the Jharkhand government I formed a whatsapp group for students.The students of class 4 and 5 are the members of my group. I Shared DIGISATH Contents daily in this group. I also formed some contents and shared through this platform. I asked the students, if you have any questions then share with me from phone call or through whatsapp. I tried my best to solve their problems. We must encourage inclusive learning,however from the fable it is very clear that we must opt different techniques or ways of teaching to measure the learning outcomes as everyone has born with different abilities.

Each and every student/children have their different quality and thinking. Most of them are of average iq, some of them are above average and few are talented. We are providing them with the same or similar curriculum. In my view there must be different curriculum for different children having different IQs. It might be difficult but we should try to achieve it at the earliest. Second thing we should concentrate on quality rather than on quantity.
All the children in the school have different physical economic, mental social environment and intellectual capacity. Keeping all these in mind, there should be a system of learning so that no child is left behind.

All animals learn their necessary activities.Mother and family members are their teachers. School controls their excess and extra activities and instincts. Children are also like animals. Mother and family members guide them and inspire to eat,to drink, to stand, to walk, to turn, to move, to welcome, to bye, to dress etc. Mark well!they only inspire, never teach. If mother and guardian do their works lovingly, teachers can do their tasks affectionately in school to inspire them to do any easy and tidius job in future life.

This Animal story depicts the vivid picture of today's schools we do have.Children have to study such subjects which they are not capable of.The duck ,in the story,was excellent in swimming but was forced to go for running and climbing.And in course of doing so it hurt its padded feet and as a result of this it got average grade.Same thing happened with the little sqwirrel too as it had to perform something which she was not used to.The same thing is happening in present education system.Children are forced to work with subjects they are not comfortable with.As a result children find it difficult to have a positive approach towards our schooling system.

सभी बच्चे सीखने के लिहाज से एक जैसे नहीं होते कोई जल्दी सीख जाता है किसी को कोई बात सीखने में थोड़ा ज्यादा समय लगता है। बच्चों के सीखने की गति के आधार पर शिक्षक शिक्षक को सिखाने के तरीके टी एल एम आदि का उपयोग करना चाहिए साथ ही आवश्यकतानुसार ऑडियो विजुअल क्लास की भी व्यवस्था करनी चाहिए। बच्चों को विभिन्न समूह में बांट कर भी अवधारणाओं को सिखाया जा सकता है।

Every child is unique and a person good at one thing can be terrible at others so we should focus more on developing or polishing those skills which can help a child to excell in his /her future.
As a teacher we have to recognize that every child is special and he should be given ample opportunities to horn his skills otherwise he will lose interest in the learning process.

ReplyDeleteहम शिक्षक को विद्यालय में सफलता हासिल करनी है तो ना केवल सांस्कृतिक विविधता, बल्कि विविध सामाजिक तथा आर्थिक पृष्ठभूमि वाले और शारीरिक, मनोवैज्ञानिक एवम् बौद्धिक विशेषताओं में भिन्नता वाले बच्चों का भी विशेष महत्व देना होगा और ध्यान रखना होगा। माहौल ऐसा होना चाहिए कि हर बच्चा उदासी महसूस करने, ऊबने,डरने या अकेले रहने के बजाय, खुश और तनावमुक्त महसुस करे। बच्चो को शिक्षण और अधिगम के अवसर प्रदान करने के लिए जिम्मेदारी निभानी चाहिए।

I Shared DIGISATH Contents daily in this group. I also formed some contents and shared through this platform. I asked the students, if you have any questions then share with me from phone call or through whatsapp. I tried my best to solve their problems. ReplyDeleteEach and every student/children have their different quality and thinking. Most of them are of average iq, some of them are above average and few are talented. We are providing them with the same or similar curriculum. In my view there must be different curriculum for different children having different IQs. It might be difficult but we should try to achieve it at the earliest.

All the children in the school have different physical economic, mental social environment and intellectual capacity. Keeping all these in mind, there should be a system of learning so that no child is left behind.
ReplyDeleteविद्यालय रूपी बच्चों के बाग़ में हर फूल अपने-आप में अद्वितीय (विशिष्ट)है, हमें उनके लिए उपयुक्त भूमि,परिवेश व अवसर मुहैया कराना होगा जिसमें वह अपनी विशिष्टता को उत्कृष्ट स्तर तक ले जाने के साथ-साथ पूर्णता में खिल सके। शिक्षकों को इसके लिए प्रत्येक बच्चे को अलग-अलग(One to One) बौद्धिक, मानसिक , अभिरूचि(Aptitude)का अध्ययन उनके (बच्चों) बौद्धिक व मानसिक स्तर के तल में जाकर संवाद तथा समानुभूतिपर्वक विचारोपरांत शिक्षण योजना बनाना होगा।

ReplyDeleteविद्यालय में सभी वर्गों के विद्यार्थी होते हैं। बच्चों में अमीर गरीब का भेदभाव न हो इसलिए स्कुल युनिफोर्म का व्यावस्था किया गया है। बच्चों के बौद्धिक क्षमता के विकास के लिए सभी वर्गों के बच्चों को एक साथ बैठाकर पढ़ाया जाता है। सरकारी स्कूलों में लड़के एवं लड़कियां एकसाथ शिक्षा ग्रहण करते हैं और लड़के एवं लड़कियों के बीच भाई बहन की भावनाओं का विकास हो इस पर जोर दिया जाता है। ताकि बच्चों में एक अच्छे इंसान बनने की सारे गुण सम्माहित हो सके।

ReplyDeletein every classroom there are students of different interests and different abilities. we as a teacher its our duty to identify these interest and help the students to develop and grow these ideas so they feel more confidence and comfortable in their respective field of interest. the teachers should not judge them on the basis of any activity and subject in which they are least interested in.

During Covid - 19 pandemic as per the guidelines of the Jharkhand Government. I formed a whatsapp group for students of class 1 to 5 . I share DIGISATH contents from monday to friday in this group. Special attention should be given to the needy students.

Children are also like animals. Mother and family members guide them and inspire to eat,to drink, to stand, to walk, to turn, to move, to welcome, to bye, to dress etc. Mark well!they only inspire, never teach. If mother and guardian do their works lovingly, teachers can do their tasks affectionately in school to inspire them to do any easy and tidius job in future life.

ReplyDeleteThis Animal story depicts the vivid picture of today's schools we do have.Children have to study such subjects which they are not capable of.The duck ,in the story,was excellent in swimming but was forced to go for running and climbing.And in course of doing so it hurt its padded feet and as a result of this it got average grade.Same thing happened with the little sqwirrel too as it had to perform something which she was not used to.The same thing is happening in present education system.Children are forced to work with subjects they are not comfortable with.As a result children find it difficult to have a positive approach towards our schooling system.

ReplyDeleteहम शिक्षक को विद्यालय में सफलता हासिल करनी है तो ना केवल सांस्कृतिक विविधता, बल्कि विविध सामाजिक तथा आर्थिक पृष्ठभूमि वाले और शारीरिक, मनोवैज्ञानिक एवम् बौद्धिक विशेषताओं में भिन्नता वाले बच्चों का भी विशेष महत्व देना होगा और ध्यान रखना होगा। माहौल ऐसा होना चाहिए कि हर बच्चा उदासी महसूस करने, ऊबने,डरने या अकेले रहने के बजाय, खुश और तनावमुक्त महसुस करे। बच्चो को शिक्षण और अधिगम के अवसर प्रदान करने के लिए जिम्मेदारी निभानी चाहिए।

ReplyDeleteसभी बच्चे सीखने के लिहाज से एक जैसे नहीं होते कोई जल्दी सीख जाता है किसी को कोई बात सीखने में थोड़ा ज्यादा समय लगता है। बच्चों के सीखने की गति के आधार पर शिक्षक शिक्षक को सिखाने के तरीके टी एल एम आदि का उपयोग करना चाहिए साथ ही आवश्यकतानुसार ऑडियो विजुअल क्लास की भी व्यवस्था करनी चाहिए। बच्चों को विभिन्न समूह में बांट कर भी अवधारणाओं को सिखाया जा सकता है।

ReplyDeleteएकता में बल है टास्क या किसी भी गतिविधि को छात्रों की क्षमता के रूप में दिया जाना चाहिए
ReplyDeleteविशेष आवश्यकता वाले बच्चों को भी सभी सामान्य बच्चों से अधिकार हो,क्लास रूम में समानता का परिवेश हो।
ReplyDeleteबच्चों में सीखने की क्षमता होती है अतः शिक्षक को बच्चों के सीखने के लिए अनुकूल वातावरण बनाने की आवश्यकता है!
ReplyDeleteप्रत्येक बच्चा अपने विभिन्न पारिवारिक ,सामाजिक ,धार्मिक आर्थिक परिवेश से आता है। लेकिन विद्यालय में उसे एक ही परिवेश मिलता है जो शैक्षिक विकास के लिए काफी लाभदाई होता है।
ReplyDeleteStudents with different ability are allowed in the classroom. Students with more competency help the needful students and the slow learners become good.Its very important to keep the environment of classroom enjoyful.
