रूढ़िवादी विचारधाराओं को मिडिया के द्वारा खत्म किया जा सकता हैं।साथ ही छात्र/छात्राओं के प्रति हमें समान शिक्षा देना चाहिए। हमें लिंग भेदभाव नहीं करना चाहिए।इससे रूढ़िवादी जैसे असामाजिक तत्वों का सफाया होगा।साथ ही हमें मिडिया के माध्यम से महिला जागरूकता सशक्तिकरण को आगे लाना होगा।।
लिंग भेद एक रूढ़िवादी विचारधारा की देन है इसका निवारण स्कूली शिक्षा के माध्यम से, छात्र छात्राओं के बीच समान भाव स्थापित करके किया जा सकता है। हमें लिंग भेद भाव नहीं करना चाहिए। साथ ही हमें मीडिया के सहारे महिला जागरूकता और सशक्तीकरण को आगे लाना है।

An example is the following: We can consider the class of advertisements which involve heads of the respective companies and in almost all advertisements they're males. This demonstrates a common gender stereotype.. And the opposite case and example is as follows: Advertisements of schools and colleges which mostly involve students from both genders..

आजकल संचार तकनीक शिक्षण का बड़ा महत्व है इसके द्वारा अनेक तरह की शिक्षाएं एक साथ अनेक छात्रों को दी जाती हैं। इतना तक कि मूल्यांकन भी तकनीक के माध्यम से होता है और प्राप्तांक भी पता भी मिल जाता है।

लिंगभेद आज भी भारत के समाज से पूरी तरह से दूर नहीं हो पाया है।इसका एकमात्र कारण है भारतीय समाज अभी भी पूरी तरह से शिक्षित नहीं हो पाया है।लोगो को जागरूक और शिक्षित करके ही इसे दूर किया जा सकता है।

Gender को मजबूती देने वाले विज्ञापन रूढ़िवादी पूर्वाग्रहों को नकारता है । जिसमे gender को सहभागिता का पुरनवसर मिलता है । लेकिन gender के विपरित विज्ञापन देने वाली मीडिया gender mein भेदभाव पैदा कर उसके वास्तविक विकास को बाधित करता है ।

इस तरह की सामाजिक कुरीतियों को जागरूकता से ही दूर किया जा सकता है।जिसमे शिक्षकों की भूमिका अहम होगी चुकी आने वाली पीढ़ी हो हम शिक्षा के साथ समाज को नई दिशा देने का भी काम करते हैं।

आजकल बालिकाएं सभी कार्य करने में सक्षम होती हैं जो बालक कर सकते हैं। हमें बालक एवं बालिकाओं का barrier समाप्त करने की दिशा में काम करना चाहिए। प्रत्येक बालिकाओं को आगे बढ़ने का अवसर प्रदान करना चाहिए।
जेंडर संबंधी मान्यताओं में लड़के और लड़कियों में अंतर नहीं रह गया दोनों समान रूप से कर सकते हैं काम भी कर सकते हैं डॉक्टर इंजीनियर एवं घर के काम भी कर सकते हैं
Integrating gender in teaching learning process is a fine and attractive topic aur primary middle and High Schools students . Hit can modify our India and Indian society .

रूढ़िवादिता और लिंग भेद को दूर करने के लिये प्रयास तो बहुत किये जा रहे हैं किन्तु आज भी महिलाओं को अबला समझा जाता है जरूरत है सोंच मे परिवर्तन लाने की और सोंच मे परिवर्तन कोई लाना नहीं चाहता इसलिये हम शिक्षकों का ये दायित्व है कि नई पीढ़ी मे लिंगभेद को दरकिनार करते हुये उनको सामूहिक शिक्षा का दें तथा पाठ्यक्रम मे भी शामिल करें
जैसे लोगो में जागरूकता एवं शिक्षा बढ़ रही है वैसे-वैसे। लड़के ,लडकीयों में अंतर भी समाप्त हो रहा है। लड़कियां भी सभी काम कर सकती हैं और उनके अधिकार भी लड़कों के बराबर हैं। इसलिए लड़कियों से भेदभाव वाली सभी प्रथाएं समाप्त हो जानी चाहिये।

Women are the ones who are shown taking care of household stuffs mainly. Like in washing powder advertisement. For example - 'Nirma', in this advertisement the product is liked by Jaya and Sushma, why not Jitu and Dharma. This was quite gender biased. But years passed and now the male actors are also seen in washing powder advertisements.
Advertisements shown have a tremendous impact in our lives and can help to reduce gender bias in our society.We need to change our thinking and break the bias.For example the advertisement of Sabhyata which teaches us beautifully about gender equality. Sons and daughters are equal.If sons can go out at night so the daughters can,but we need to teach our sons to respect girls and our daughters to be strong and bold.

Gender stereotypes are prevailing in our society since long time .But in 21st century we have a large access to education through media and online portal.Now we can understand that the physique of a person are natural and we should use our capabilities to full potential regardless of seeing ones gender.So we can say that media plays a great role in gender equality.

https://youtu.be/y4QxRV4pMcI यहां देखा जाए तो लिंगभेद साफ साफ नजर आ रहा एक बच्ची जहां अपने भाई के साथ खेलने का इच्छा जाहिर कर रही है ।वही मां उसे अपने काम में हाथ बंटाने की बात कर रही है ।लड़के को खेलने का छूट दिया जा रहा है जबकि लड़की का मनोबल तोड़ते हुए उसे घरेलू काम में लगाया जा रहा है। उसके पिताजी वहीं बैठे हुए हैं पर इसमें किसी प्रकार का टीका टिप्पणी करने से बच रहे हैं ।लड़की को खेलने का छूट दिया जा रहा है और लड़की को दबाया जा रहा है ।इससे उसका भावना कुंठित होगा और उसका मनोबल टूटेगा और कभी भी लड़के का बराबरी करने के बारे में सोचेगी भी नहीं। इसी भेदभाव के चलते लड़कियां आज पीछे हैं उन्हें पूरा अवसर मिलना चाहिए ताकि वह अपनी उड़ान ऊंची कर सकें।
यहां पर देखा जा रहा है कि लड़का हो या लड़की दोनों को एक नजर से देखा जा रहा है ।और दोनों को समान अवसर मिल रहे हैं यहां ।पर लिंग भेद बहुत कम है देखने को मिला ।इस प्रकार हमें समाज में बेटा या बेटी को दोनों को एक ही नजर से देखने चाहिए ताकि समानता का अधिकार बच्चों को मिले और समाज से लिंग भेद का भेदभाव मिट जाए जिससे सभी को एक समान अवसर मिले और उन्हें समाज में बराबरी का हक मिले ।इनमें में छुपे गुणों को देश दुनिया के सामने दिखाने का समान अवसर मिले ।ताकि लड़कियां भी अवसर मिलने पर लड़कों के बराबरी कर सकें।

For example - 'Nirma', in this advertisement the product is liked by Jaya and Sushma, why not Jitu and Dharma. This was quite gender biased. But years passed and now the male actors are also seen in washing powder advertisements.

ReplyDeleteयहां देखा जाए तो लिंगभेद साफ साफ नजर आ रहा एक बच्ची जहां अपने भाई के साथ खेलने का इच्छा जाहिर कर रही है ।वही मां उसे अपने काम में हाथ बंटाने की बात कर रही है ।लड़के को खेलने का छूट दिया जा रहा है जबकि लड़की का मनोबल तोड़ते हुए उसे घरेलू काम में लगाया जा रहा है। उसके पिताजी वहीं बैठे हुए हैं पर इसमें किसी प्रकार का टीका टिप्पणी करने से बच रहे हैं ।लड़की को खेलने का छूट दिया जा रहा है और लड़की को दबाया जा रहा है ।इससे उसका भावना कुंठित होगा और उसका मनोबल टूटेगा और कभी भी लड़के का बराबरी करने के बारे में सोचेगी भी नहीं। इसी भेदभाव के चलते लड़कियां आज पीछे हैं उन्हें पूरा अवसर मिलना चाहिए ताकि वह अपनी उड़ान ऊंची कर सकें।

ReplyDeleteयहां पर देखा जा रहा है कि लड़का हो या लड़की दोनों को एक नजर से देखा जा रहा है ।और दोनों को समान अवसर मिल रहे हैं यहां ।पर लिंग भेद बहुत कम है देखने को मिला ।इस प्रकार हमें समाज में बेटा या बेटी को दोनों को एक ही नजर से देखने चाहिए ताकि समानता का अधिकार बच्चों को मिले और समाज से लिंग भेद का भेदभाव मिट जाए जिससे सभी को एक समान अवसर मिले और उन्हें समाज में बराबरी का हक मिले ।इनमें में छुपे गुणों को देश दुनिया के सामने दिखाने का समान अवसर मिले ।ताकि लड़कियां भी अवसर मिलने पर लड़कों के बराबरी कर सकें।
