Museums, monuments, ancient literature,coins, artifacts, films and videos, audio speeches of the past personalities, remains of the old civilization whatsoever can be used to make the teaching learning joyous and experiential.In order to develop a holistic understanding of a particular period the must use those resources which relates to the period.
I would like to assimilate to develop holistic understanding of particular period in history easy available sources as monuments archive and museum. These are interesting components of history. These sources help us to explain understanding the historical phenomena and hidden mysteries.
To teach any particular period of history w should give a feel of that time SOCIO-ECONOMIC condition with the help of timeline, story telling, postal stumps, pictures etc. It will help a lot to understand the topic.
