पर्यावरण एक ऐसा विषय है जिसपे आज हमे सब से अधिक ध्यान और अब एक अलग नए दृष्टिकोण कि आश्यकता है । अब जिस तरह आज स्थितियां परिवर्तित हो रही है । पर्यावरण प्रदूषित हो रहे है और हमे इसे सुरक्षित और प्रदूषणरहित रखनी कि आवश्यकता है ।। क्यूंकि इन्हीं के वजह से हम मानव जाति ही नहीं सिर्फ बाकी सभी जीवों कि अस्तित्व यही है ।। और ये सिर्फ हम आज के लिए नहीं बल्कि आने वाली हमारी पीढ़ियों के लिए भी करना चाहिए ।। और इसके लिए हम अपने विद्यालय में बच्चों से निरंतर वार्तालप करते है और उन्हें इसके प्रेरित भी करते है ।।
Evs or environmental studies deals with our environment and our surrounding where we inhabits.. .It's very important to be added in the curriculum of primary level students to aware and acquire knowledge which they will face in their day to day life.
EVS is the comprehensive study of relation between different natural resources and social and behavioral aspect of human being with these and among themselves.
Environment is a broad term.We can not restrict it saying things around us are said to be factors of environement.Subjects like language,mathematics,scince and social science come out from this environement.In other words the basics of all these subjects lie underneath the environment.Therefore the knowledge of environmental science is a must.
Environmental Studies is an integrated discipline. For example, When we study water,it is studied in social science (social and cultural uses of water e.g.Chhat, sacred rituals etc), in science (composition of water, production of electricity), in mathematics ( volume and capacity),in history (civilization and rivers, water sources).Hence,EVS includes every discipline.
The environment consists of the sum of all the physical and biological factors that directly influence the survival, growth, development, and reproduction of organisms.
The environmental studies is an integrated discipline. For instance, in environmental studies, we study food and water . Food and water are related to our society. We analyse and synthesize these as a subject of science. In our daily life we use a certain quantity of food and water.So, it is a subject of mathematics. Ultimately, we can say that environmental studies is an integrated discipline.
Integrating EVS with other subjects gives it a broader spectrum and help the learner to conceptualize it. It is a holistic approach and much applauded.

Yes its fact that Environmental studies is an integrated discipline. For example air is very polluted now a days .In school we can give this topic to the students and ask them to plant more and more trees for fresh air due to this they can learn an integrated discipline
Nothing is beyond than environmental studies. We eat balance food , it is related with our health. Freshness of our food is related with biotechnology. We wear clothes, which are weaved by machine. It means it is related with mechanical science. We ride bicycle , which is related with mechanical engineering. We live in a house which is made up of cement brick stone And rods. These all are related with any part of science. These are some examples. There are uncountable examples that prove that nothing is beyond than environmental studies.
Yes evs is an integrated decipline .It includes study of self and all factors around him/her influencing and being influenced by him/her.example-home ,it is in the society so all social norms are to be understood,it's ventilation includes science,it's measurements includes maths it's cleanliness and drainage include science again ,it's instruction includes norms related to laws guiding building houses, of course language is inevitable in understanding all these deciplines.
Environmental Science is an integrated multidisciplinary approach.In biology, we study about food-nutrition which provides us energy for metabolic activities,repairing of body cells and resistance against diseases.Mathematically,we calculate the calorific daily requirements which differs from person to person,e.g.a clerk need about 2000Kcal/day whereas a labourer may need about 3500 Kcal/day.When we classify the nutrients into carbohydrates,fats,proteins,vitamins & minerals , we study the composition of carbohydrates, it is made up of C,H,O..H and O in the ratio of 2:1.This is related to chemistry.Food can tell us a lot about a society in the past and present,including what people lived on and how they managed to create a food supply,often in different circumstances.So,even food and history are linked.In Geography,we can focus on food production and consumption on the local to global scale.Even consumption of food by the people in east and west coastal areas of India differs.Hence Geographical factors affects the food habits too.In understanding all those disciplines,language too is required.Thus,we can say Environmental Science is inevitable in any field.
EVS is an integrated approach because it connects with science and social science as well. For example the connection of EvS with EQUALITY,FRATERNITY AND HUMAN DIGNITY shows connection with the social science.
In this pandemic period, EVS needs to be integrated with other streams within limited resources available. Example-understanding the importance of healthy ecosystem...here in this pandemic...the Pollution level has reduced. The noise level has lessened the disturbance to animals and birds. The usage of resources has changed. Lifestyles of human being changed. Atmosphere being polluted and contaminated by virus. Land and water resources being affected.life on earth has scummed. Country and regions has settled with own strategic plans.
We include various subject in pedagogy of environmental studies. When we teach the topic about water we related it with science, social science, language, mathematics and environmental studies together. Thus l find that environmental studies is an integrated scope of subject.
EVs is related to science, social science,maths etc.for example if we take plants we read about it in mcience how they grow what they give us.In mocial sc.we learn types of forest and plants found in various places .In maths amount of oxygen released ,amount of CO2 required etc.So EVS is an integrated Science.

ReplyDeleteपर्यावरण एक ऐसा विषय है जिसपे आज हमे सब से अधिक ध्यान और अब एक अलग नए दृष्टिकोण कि आश्यकता है । अब जिस तरह आज स्थितियां परिवर्तित हो रही है । पर्यावरण प्रदूषित हो रहे है और हमे इसे सुरक्षित और प्रदूषणरहित रखनी कि आवश्यकता है ।। क्यूंकि इन्हीं के वजह से हम मानव जाति ही नहीं सिर्फ बाकी सभी जीवों कि अस्तित्व यही है ।। और ये सिर्फ हम आज के लिए नहीं बल्कि आने वाली हमारी पीढ़ियों के लिए भी करना चाहिए ।। और इसके लिए हम अपने विद्यालय में बच्चों से निरंतर वार्तालप करते है और उन्हें इसके प्रेरित भी करते है ।।
