अध्यापकों, का सीधा प्रभाव छात्र अधिगम पर पड़ता है। अध्यापक के सीधे प्रभाव के अतिरिक्त विद्यालय नेतृत्व की, भूमिका भी छात्र अधिगम के संदर्भ में महत्वपूर्ण है। छात्र अधिगम पर विद्यालय नेतृत्व के चार महत्वपूर्ण प्रभाव निम्नलिखित हैं- 1 सीधा प्रभाव- विद्यालय नेतृत्व छात्र अधिगम को सीधा प्रभावित करता है. मैं विद्यालय का नेतृत्व कर्ता होने के नाते अध्यापकों, का सहयोग एवं परामर्श के लेकर मैं स्वयं शिक्षण कार्य में संलग्न रहूँगा। 2 मध्यस्थ प्रभाव- मैं विद्यालय का नेतृत्व कर्ता होने के नाते अपने व्यवसायिक कौशल का उपयोग करते हुए अपने अध्यापकों को अकादमिक सहयोग करकेअध्यापकों के साथ मिलकर छात्रों के सर्वांगीण विकास हेतु योजना बनाकर विद्यालय में, शिक्षण कार्य, का संचालन करूँगा। 3 पारस्परिक प्रभाव- मैं विद्यालय प्रमुख होने के नाते शिक्षण कार्य में स्वयं संलग्न होकर विद्यालय केअध्यापकों के व्यवसायिक एवं भावनात्मक उन्नयन के द्वारा छात्रों के अधिगम स्तर में सकारात्मक परिवर्तन लाने का प्रयास करूँगा। 3 प्रतिलोम प्रभाव- विद्यालय प्रमुख छात्र अधिगम पर सीधे तौर पर प्रभाव डालता है। अगर विद्यालय में एक भी विलक्षण अथवा विशिष्ट बालक बालिका हो तो शिक्षण कार्य में विपरीत प्रभाव पड़ता है . विशिष्ट बालक बालिका कक्षा में सीखने सिखाने की प्रक्रिया को प्रभावित करेगा। बालक बालिका की विशिष्ट प्रतिभा और रूचि शिक्षक /नेतृत्व कर्ता सोचने एवं कार्य पद्धति पर असर डालती है। उ म वि बाराडीह बोकारो

As a school leader/teachers leader,I think that i can influence on student learning by taking myself some important steps.like-taking students classes and by talking with them,I will know their problems in learning. Talking with teachers positively and to advise them very politely with children, teaching in a happy mood,and talking guardian and commerce members on learning problems at home as well as in schools. .Also games,quizzes, and other more child activities will surely influence on children. अच्छे नेतृत्व के द्वारा विद्यालय से सभी शिक्षकों के साथ रणनीति तैयार कर विद्यालय की कायाकल्प की जा सकती है बच्चों की बौद्धिक शारीरिक मानसिक विकास को बढ़ाया जा सकता है
अच्छा नेतृत्व शिक्षण सीखने की प्रक्रियाओं को बढ़ाता है। शिक्षक रणनीतियों को अपना सकते हैं ताकि स्कूल का वातावरण बेहतर हो और शिक्षण अधिगम प्रभावी रूप से हो सके।
कुशल नेतृत्वकर्ता को अपने विद्यालय का वातावरण सीखने सिखाने के केंद्र के रूप में विकसित करना चाहिए। समयानुसार नवाचारों का प्रयोग एवं शिक्षक साथियों को नवीन परिवर्तन तथा उन्नयन के साधनों को आत्मसात करने हेतु स्वयं को उदाहरण के रूप में प्रस्तुत करना चाहिए। बच्चों को अपनी संतान समझ उनके शैक्षणिक एवं व्यक्तिगत आवश्यकताओं पर पैनी नजर रखने और उन्हें पूरा करने की कोशिश में लगे रहना चाहिए।
