Really the fable gives a clear message what we are doing in our actual classroom situation is the telling of this story .We need a overall change in our academic system so that the inborn talent and skill to be identified first and then we should train them accordingly .Similarly ,we should also bring a great change in our evaluation system. Apart from that we need to bring all the stakeholders into one platform so that the real education and its result could be realized .
Eye opener!! Somehow we forget that every child has her own area of interest in which she could excel but we try to impose the curriculum on her irrespective of the fact whether she finds that interesting or not. Problem is not with our children, it is we and our curriculum planning which needs to be changed.
Animal school tells us what exactly things are going on in school and classrooms. We need to change the overall system so that all kids get to sharpen their skills and their is diversity in the education system.

The interests of topics and ways of learning for each child is different from the other.Sowe have to use diverse ways of teaching them.At the same time we need to appriciate their learning,boost them up for every effort and show the right path endless times ,without fail.Every child is Godgifted with some or other quality.Each child needs special care and attention.
