Fitness is necessary for the health .by practicing yoga and aerobics and spesific game we will maintain our physical and mental health.
ReplyDeletePhysical Fitness strengthens body and mind.it is highly beneficial in hypertension. It motivates and make us stress free.
ReplyDeleteExercise makes us fit both physically and mentally. In this way it helps us to achieve our goals. But we should be careful that it must not cross the limit, because it may affect our health.
ReplyDeleteI agree with the statement engaging in physical activity affects the overall health. For everyone physical fitness is important, and for that we need to increase our physical activity. Exercise, games and sports, Yoga and engaging ourselves I different physical activities will improve our mental, social, emotional a, spiritual and moral health. Different asanas and pranayam and meditation are also necessary for our good health and happiness.

So physical fitness makes you to live according to your thoughts and the thoughts ma ke you to live....

I agree with the statement that physical fitness is very important for sound health.Exercises,yogas,games and sports improves our mental,emotional and social health.
ReplyDeleteHere I would like to share my personal experience over the benefits of engaging myself in physical fitness activities a few years back befor this pandemic period.I had joined a nearby aerobic dance class just for fun . And after just three months I found myself flexible,less sweated, stress free and fun loving, Jolly. The 1 hour evening time aerobic dance session made me a better one comparing to the one which I was before joining the fitness dance class.

Exercises help us to keep fit and healthy.Yoga and meditation also have equal benefits.There is a well known saying that a sound mind rests in a sound body. If one keeps a healthy body the mind also remains peaceful ,calm.Person becomes intelligent and capacity of mind and body to do work increases immensely.
During this lockdown I started meditation and yoga which has brought great and drastic changes in me .I even tried to teach these in school to my children, they also felt the benefits of yoga and meditation.
The children eagerly kept waiting for my class and asked me to practice meditation in school with them.
The first impact was upon my belly ,my sleep .Next I grew disciplined,calm and creative more than before.
Physical fitness helps us in developing healthy body and mind and a person with these two healthy and essential components may contribute well to himself , his family and the society aswell
