Are all children being provided the same set of instructions and have fixed testing schedules or variation in learning is accounted for? 1. As a teacher I find it difficult to divide the students into groups because of large class size. Even though I try my best to guide the students according to their needs. The situation becomes the worst when I meet a student who doesn't know the alphabet properly in class 9.

  2. Obviously it's a coomon system implemented on all students disrespective of their socio economic background. It will be million times better to be child centered and individual child focussed , it's just that we might have to keep children in clusters in India because of the huge numbers.

  3. Students of any class having different grasping power, understanding capacity. Reasons may be many. It is not a matter of concern. Concerning matter is for a suitable teaching method/instructions which may benefited for all students of the class. Undoubtedly no any single method /instruction will be sufficient. Teacher should have many techniques /instructions for teaching any particular topic. But he/she should be very careful.

As a teacher it is really great to provide experience to students in early grades because that experiences give them lifetime warranty and aims to provide them better quality of learning.although I teaches upper primary classes sharing and giving them real life examples makes them happy and attentive and motivates them to achieve more and more

  7. As a teacher it is good to interact with the students at the very early stage and go through with them, that will help them to formulate them in later stage of study.

  8. Every learner is unique in terms of his learning ability and interest. In this respect, Learner centered approach addresses the individuality of learner. Yes, i do agree that in primary level education there lies some challenges but we have to address them and look forward for a learner centered regime.
